About the event

This one-day retreat includes a return journey from and to Victoria Station, healthy nutritious meals and snacks for the whole day, Meditation on Abundance, a 16km moderate hike and a wild swim at the end of the walk.

What is included;

8:30 AM

Meeting time Victoria Station. Taking the train together to Eastbourne, and the bus to the Seven Sisters Country Park.

12 PM

We will have a stop for a picnic provided with two choices;

Sweet potato gluten-free wraps with goat cheese, avocado, fig chutney and lettuce.

or

Sweet potato gluten-free wraps with hummus, boiled egg, melted cheese, and lettuce.

A mixture of both is also available. 3 wraps per person.

Fitness 'Bluba' muffins with oats, banana, blueberries, dark chocolate, flaxseed and protein. Fruits.

2:30 PM

Afternoon break for a Meditation on Abundance

Surrounded by natural beauty, let's focus on the abundance in our lives. Our relationships, loving connections, and the world's beauty. We will reflect on how we can be creative with the resources we already have.

4:30 PM

Our last stop for an invigorating wild swim

(voluntary, but strongly encouraged )

6 PM

Fully rejuvenated, we are taking the train back to London Victoria from Eastbourne train Station.

What do you need to take with you;

Very comfortable walking/hiking shoes/boots.

Comfortable gym/hiking clothing.

Bottle of water. (refill stations are available )

Sun cream and head protection. (cap)

Swimming costume and a small towel

Lastly, don't forget to bring yourself and your distinctive energy to this shared rejuvenating experience, where we'll celebrate fitness and mindfulness among a community of kindred spirits.
