About the event
This one-day retreat includes a return journey from and to Victoria Station, healthy nutritious meals and snacks for the whole day, Meditation on Abundance, a 16km moderate hike and a wild swim at the end of the walk.
What is included;
8:30 AM
Meeting time Victoria Station. Taking the train together to Eastbourne, and the bus to the Seven Sisters Country Park.
12 PM
We will have a stop for a picnic provided with two choices;
